El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo fundamental realizar un análisis de los factores que inciden en la gestión integral de marketing en organizaciones de servicios, teniendo en cuenta la inexistencia de modelos o metodologías que permitan realizar esta gestión, fundamentalmente en servicios científico-tecnológicos. Para lograr este objetivo se realizó un estudio bibliográfico. Como resultado se obtuvo una metodología de auditoría y la propuesta de un sistema integral de marketing para instituciones de este tipo. Estos resultados han sido validados en centros de servicios científico-tecnológicos del territorio.

ABSTRACT

The main objective of the present work is to analyze the factors that affect the marketing comprehensive management in service organizations. It takes into consideration the lack of models or methodology which allows such management, mainly in scientific- technological services. To solve this, a bibliography review was conducted. The result was an audit methodology; as well as a proposal for a marketing comprehensive system for such institutions. These results have been validated in scientific-technological service centers in the territory.
